The side building of our warehouse has been renovated to become a rental cafe on the 1st floor and a video streaming and shooting studio on the 2nd floor.

1F – Rental Café
KOEVILLE 1F is a rental cafe space. “I would like to start a cafe, but it seems like there are many difficulties such as initial investment and preparation.” In response to such thougts, we offer not just a pre-existing space, but the entire cafe space itself, allowing you to open a cafe with just monthly rent.

２F – Video streaming & shooting studio
We are using this space for our public relations activities and recruitment activities. Typically, we refrain from general public use, but if you are considering using it under the following conditions, please feel free to contact us:
- Activities for the purpose of school education, such as clubs
- Activities that contribute to the development and contribution to the local community, such as Minokamo City
