Visualization of electric cost of air leaks.

Air leakage is an issue in any factory, which results in unnecessary electricity costs. We use a Raspberry Pi to find out how much electricity is being used by our compressor, from which we can calculate the utility cost. By displaying this cost inside the factory, we hope to increase employee’s awareness and encourage them to repair leaks in air hoses.

We want to visualize air leakage costs in the factory and promote improvements.

Data are collected using Raspberry Pi and voltage sensors. Then, data are taken from the in-house server and graph it.
