Business Initiatives

 In the manufacturing process of our product “hydraulic cylinder”, we aim for zero defects and strive to improve quality to reduce “waste of materials (resources)” due to remanufacturing.

We aim to be a rewarding company through training programs both inside and outside the company, and a personnel evaluation system that ensures regular interviews.

 ・Implemented quality follow-up through activities for ISO9001: 2015 certification and process patrols.

 ・Based on our unique personnel evaluation system, we conduct interviews to feed back the evaluation content to all employees twice a year.

◉Efforts in society

As a “Health Management Declaration Company” in Gifu Prefecture, we support the health maintenance of our employees.

We aim to eliminate gender and nationality inequalities and create a fair, just and transparent work environment.

【Activities】

・In addition to in-house health checkups, dental checkups, and flu vaccinations, regular interviews with industrial physicians are held.

・4 languages support (Japanese/Portuguese/English/Vietnamese) for in-house materials and interpretation support according to the nationality ratio of employees.

・ Supporting the child-rearing generation, such as taking childcare leave by male employees.
